Creative Jewellery Shipping Policy
We provide island wide and international shipping via Singapore Post (SingPost).
We have 2 options for shipping in Singapore:
1. Self Collection :
Select the “self-collection” option upon the confirmation of your order and email us at [email protected] to decide your preferred date and time1 to pick up the order.
2. Standard Shipping :
A standard rate of S$4.00 will apply for all products. Shipping will take an estimated 2 working days to deliver the product to the address2. Shipping is FREE for orders above S$80.00.
1Parcel pick up times would be on weekdays, between 11 am to 6 pm (Excluding Sunday and public holidays).
2Creative Jewellery & Designs will not be responsible for misplacing the parcel.
1. A flat shipping rate of 15 SGD will be applied for each order.
2. All the orders will be shipped out via Singapore Post’s Registered Service and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number once the order is on its way.
3. Delivery times for international orders vary according to your location and you may refer to this link for approximate delivery times. (Refer to ‘Registered Package International’) Please note that timeframes are an estimation and do not take into account delays at customs or your local service suspensions or Covid19
4. Creative Jewellery & Designs will not be responsible for any import/customs-related charges implemented by your destination country. These charges will be borne by the customer.
5. If something has unexpectedly sold out and the same piece is not able to be recreated due to unavailability of raw materials, we will inform you right away and you can choose to get a refund or select an alternative product.
6. We are not responsible for the order not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in providing an incorrect/insufficient address, the redelivery charges will be applicable and payable by the customer.
As our jewellery is handcrafted, the stock for each piece will be limited. As such we will require an additional time to recreate your order if it is not in stock. Hence, it may take up to 5 working days upon confirmation of your order should it have to be recreated.
Should the piece be in stock, the parcel shall be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed (receiving and confirming the full payment). If the order is placed on weekends ( Sat and Sun) or public holiday it will be shipped on the next working day.
The dispatch time mentioned above is for the non-customised item(s) . For Special orders it will be shipped based on the time required for that piece.
All our items undergo thorough QA testing before shipping. Returns will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product(s)
1. Return Should be made with in 3 working days upon receiving your order.
2. You need to send the clear photograph for the showing the damage or incorrect product(s).
3. Please send original receipt in the return box and keep a copy of this for future references.
4. will not be liable for any items that are lost during the shipping process.
5. Return will be approved at “Creative Jewellery & Designs” discretion.
6. No returns are accepted for the custom made jewellery orders.
Following cases are not eligible for refunds :
a. Change of mind or dislike the product after confirming the order.
b. Exact colour match
c. Far more deviation from the expectation
d. Damage done by customer
e. Minor defects like slight asymmetry, exact dimension mismatch, anything that does not affect general look of the item.
