Shipping Information

Creative Jewellery Shipping Policy

 We provide island wide and international shipping via Singapore Post (SingPost).

Domestic Shipping

We have two options for shipping in Singapore:

1. Self Collection :

Select the “self-collection” option upon the confirmation of your order and email us at [email protected] to indicate your preferred date and time1 to pick up the order.

2. Standard Shipping :

A standard rate of S$4.00 will apply for all products. Shipping will take an estimated 2 working days to deliver the product to the address2.

1Parcel pick up times would be on weekdays, between 11am to 6pm (Excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2Creative Jewellery & Designs will not be responsible for misplacing the parcel.

NOTE: Shipping is free for orders above S$80.00.

International Shipping

  1. A flat shipping charges of 15 SGD shall be applicable for each order.

  2. All the orders will be shipped from Singapore via Registered Post and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number once order is shipped.

  3. Delivery time for international orders vary according to your location and SingPost delivery timeline. You may refer to this link for approximate delivery times.
    (Refer to ‘Registered Package International’) Please note that delivery time frames are an estimation and do not
    take into account any delays in customs clearance or suspension of delivery services at the destination as due to Covid19 restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Creative Jewellery & Designs will not be responsible for any import/customs duty related charges imposed by your destination country. These charges if there are any, shall be borne by the customer.

  5. If something has unexpectedly sold out and the same piece is not able to be recreated due to unavailability of raw materials, we will inform you accordingly and you may opt to get a refund or select an alternative product.

  6. We are not responsible for the order not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If a package is undelivered and returned back to us due to the customer’s error in providing an incorrect/insufficient address, the re-delivery charges shall be applicable and payable by the customer.

Shipping Time

As our jewellery is handcrafted, the stock for each piece is limited. As such, we will require an additional time to recreate your order if it is not in stock. Hence, it may take up to 5 working days upon confirmation of your order should it have to be recreated.

Should the piece be in stock, the parcel shall be dispatched within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed (receiving and confirming the full payment). If the order is placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Public Holiday, it will be shipped on the next working day.

The dispatch time mentioned above is for the non customised item(s). For Special orders, it will be shipped based on the time required to source the raw material, design and customise the special orders.

Return Policy


All our items undergo thorough Quality Assessment (QA) testing before packing and shipping. However, in the unforeseen situation where you have received incorrect product, we have a Return Policy for customers as follows:

1.      Returns will ONLY be accepted if received the incorrect product(s).

2.    For domestic orders, please notify us within 2 working days upon receiving your order.

3.    You need to send the clear photograph  showing incorrect product(s).

4.    Please send the original receipt in the return box and keep a copy of this for future reference.

5.    “Creative Jewellery & Designs” shall not be liable for any items that are lost during the shipping process.

6.    Return will be approved at “Creative Jewellery & Design’s discretion, which will be final.

7.    No returns or exchange are offered for the custom-made jewellery orders.

8.    Shipping charges are only refundable if we shipped you an incorrect item. In all other cases, the  shipping charges shall  not be refunded.

9.    Jewellery piece(s) must be unworn as we shall not accept return of worn jewellery (we will be able to detect if the jewellery has been worn).

10.  No exchange or refund will be made for promotional items.

11.  Following cases are not eligible for refunds:

a)    Change of mind or dislike the product after confirming the order.

b)    Not an exact color match with the photograph on the website or due to color shade difference

c)    Minor variation such as slight asymmetry, mismatch of exact dimensions.

d)    Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

12.  Refund is not valid for damages due to accident, negligence or mishandling of the item by customer after delivery.

13.  Shipping fee will not be refunded.

      14. Returned item(s) upon receipt will be inspected and we will notify you about the refund.
